while on a cruise, I was watching a show and during the presentation, they used a Streamer Canon (looks like a small canon, but shoots gaffetti and streamers). I got hit hard in the head twice by unopened streamers to the front of my head and the back of my head. Having pain & headaches and will seek further medical treatment. Need an attorney who is knowledgable with cruise line litigation. I was told this is a waste of time, Do I have a case?
