Deflammatory comments?

What is the name of your state? WA
There are many things to be asked so this is a whopper of a deal. First I believe that an individual has made several defamatory comments against me not only to people we both know but also over the internet where I have saved this information. Second another thing the same individual did was take confidential information belonging to me and clearly stating confidential to her soon to be ex husbands job, where she attempted to give it to him to read. Then she she started making statements to him with another individual there about a CPS case she had been included in (as a friend) and signed documents to not to take the info from the room it was conducted in and was speaking about the case. Finally she changed my internet account information on my MSN, Yahoo, and WheresGeorge accounts. I am now unable to open a few of them and I am in the process of dealing with this internet stuff through their websites. How do I go about doing anything to stop her if there is no legal case?

Go to your local police and file an internet harassment charge. The police will be able to track who has changed your information. Try a consultation with a lawyer as to your rights. Most have a free consultation service.

I'm not a lawyer, this is just what I would do.
