Dog Attack

What is the name of your state? GA
My dog was attacked on our property by 2 pitbulls. Received physical injuries - vet bills - my husband had to shoot the dogs (killed one) to get them off - one turned to attack my husband. He then shot it. Owners of the dogs have fenced in back yard - dogs were not in fence - but chained outside of fence. Not first time got loose. They refuse to pay vet bills. What legally can we do.

Take them to small claims court!
