i was bit by my neighbors 2 dogs in sept. one bite resulted in a superficial bruise & the other bite was deep which eventually became infected. the owners home insurance is paying my medical bills & indicated there would be a liability settlement aprox. 6 months after the wound heals. i am guestimating that it will be another month or two before the wound is healed. this would make the time frame 8-10 months from now. i am trying to find out what the time limitations would be if i decided to file a law suit. | In Florida, the SOL for a bodily injury suit is 4 yrs from the date of injury.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
