Dog bitingWhat is the name of your state? Ohio I have a Bull Mastiff who bit me two years ago causing me to get stitches. Since I went to the hospital, a report has been filed with the county I live in. We currently are looking for a new home for her and a rescue group will not take her because of this bite. If we give her to someone who knows that she bit me, can we be sued if she bites someone else? |

| you can always be sued for something. but if you give up ownership of the dog to someone else and they know the dog bites, whatever happens with the dog after change of ownership falls on the new owner.
