What is the name of your state? california ---- I was walking my dog leashed and other person was walking his dog leashed. He approached my dog saying dont worry his is friendly dog and my dog got sacred and was in submissive position while other dog was sniffing my dog. after few seconds both dogs started fighting and my dog bit his dog.and whie he was saperating the dog his dog's leash came off during the fight. They are asking about $500. I suggested sharing the expenses but he said he will go to cout.
So please let me know my liabilities.
