Any time you cause injury to another due to negligence, the other person is entitled to his medical bills and pain and suffering. How can this advice be given in a case where a dog bit someone but not applied to this much more serious case of negligence? Please understand this is a serious event that is stressful, and traumatizing. I am not trying to argue but I genuinely do not understand how this "standard" that was given on this site does not apply to this situation also.
