Equine Cases


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Have any of you been involved with any lawsuits involving someone geting hurt on someone elses horse?

No, but reason would suggest that you knew or should have known that there was an inherent risk if you got on someone else's horse.

yes this is obvious.

that was not the question, im asking if anyopne has been involved with one, and what ended up happening.
