Fall in hospital results in death of patientflorida a person falls in the hospital while a patient there...suffers massive brain hemorrage...has brain surgery..lives for 4 weeks in icu..dies within 24hrs after being transported to hospice..patient also aspirated twice in icu..residuals not charted...does hospital have some form of liability |

| Your post is missing any information that would allow somebody to answer it. Just to start with, why did the person fall in the first place? Why was the person aspirated? Why were they being transported ot a hospice? Who requested the transfer? What was the cause of death? |

| All the questions are valid, and until they are answered we cannot advise if there is a case. Patients are usually transported to Hospise because they are terminal and the cause of the fall could indeed make a big difference.
