Fell at a restaurant! What to do?? Any advice?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA.

I was at a local restaurant on April 11th and I went up to get my drink refilled....I stood there and waited while an older couple were getting their drinks and when they walked away, I took one step and down I fell! The older gentleman said, "honey did you hear me tell my wife that it was slippery?" and I said no....and he said that she almost fell too....well he gave me his business card and said that he can be a witness if I needed one. There was a "slippery when wet" sign up but it wasn't over near where the floor was wet. The manager was less then helpful and said that someone has spilled a drink, but that it was mopped up. It really hurt and I could hardly walk out. Well here it is over 4 weeks later and it still hurts. I have trouble sitting, standing, walking, etc. I have been to the doctors several times and was told that I have muscle damage and need physical therapy.
What do I do? Do I contact a lawyer or the restaurant?
I have never fell before! Thanks in advance!
