fight in a restraunt

i fight with another co-worker in a restraunt, i left after i fought and she called the policy and she was bleeding at that time. both of us was temperary workers. what's the worst case for me if she hire a lawyer sue me and what i need to prepare? thanks

I think you need to worry much more about getting arrested for assault.

**A: worse case is that you can be sued for $$$$ that you do not have but then again you could be in a foreign country in which case we have no knowledge.
