got hurt in the hotel

Hi
I was stepping on a rusty nail in the fitness center at the hotel. I was wondering what are the hotel's dutie and What kind of compasate I should ask for? Thanks!!

**A: you have no cause of action since once you stepped on the nail you should have realized the problem but you continued stepping on the nail and not mitigating the issue.

If this happened today, get a tetanus shot asap.
Most of the quick-care centers can do this and they're easier to use than a hospital ER.
