Has time run out?

What is the name of your state? FL

I fell in a thrift store on Dec 22, 2004. The fall was caused by golf clubs laying on the floor. I injured my back and have been being treated for it since. Is it too late to sue for medical costs?

Thank you it looks like 4 years is the limit. I better find a lawyer now.
