hit by car


What is the name of your state? new jersey
i was hit by a car on dec. 14, 2007 and the driver does not have insurence what can i do to get my medical bills paid and i have not been able to go back to work?

If they do not have insurance you are pretty much stuck with the option of small claims court. Of course, if you win, then you get to try to collect. Good luck.

NJ is a no fault state with mandatory PIP. Do you have a car which is insured? If not, does any member of your household have a car which is insured?
