| |  Horseback Riding Lawsuit
What is the name of your state? New York
The question I have is: I am an individual who settled a lawsuit in May 2002. I am the plaintiff, Marie Turrell, and the defendant was Sunrise Resort. It was venued in Queens, New York OR New York, New York. It was a horseback riding accident and it was settled in May 2002. I want to know if there was ever anything written up on this case (e.g., a story or specifics in the NY law journal). I don't even have the index number anymore. I don't know how, but can you search and let me know if anything was ever written up on it, and also give me the index number? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you. Marie Turrell. |

I tried elaw.com, but can't find information on my case (Horseback riding accident) that was settled in May 2002. I would like to know if anything was ever written up on it. Why don't you call your attorney who represented you in the case?

What made the case significant enough that anyone would want to write it up? (That's a question, not a slam.) Not every case makes it to law journals by a long shot. What was special about this case that anyone would consider it worthy of a writeup? | |
