I don't know what to do...

What is the name of your state? West Virginia

I had recently went to the store and hit my head on the cart handle when something fell through the gaps in the cart. I picked it up and when i came back up i hit my head really hard on the cart. Since then my neck has hurt as well as a constant pain in my head. What should I do?

go see a doctor if you feel it is bad enough. If not, take two asprin and call me in the morning.

If you are asking if you have a possible lawsuit, well, you don;t get paid for being clumsy. There was nothing negligent on the stores part that caused you to be injured.

I wish that this post was a joke, but I know it's not.

Like justalayman said, you don't get anything for being clumsy.

Next time you go grocery shopping, raise the plastic seat, that will stop things from falling through the gaps when you push the cart.

Don't take aspirin or ibuprophen until you are seen by an MD and see one, like, in the morning.

Whether or not you call justalayman in morning is up to you but pay attention to the name, "just a lay man" before you make a decision.

I had never thought of it that way before.
