Injury from Nail Salon

What is the name of your state? I am from Massachusetts. A nail salon I went to for the first time used improper instruments and techniques during a pedicure, in which the toenail was cut improperly (ie: at an angle and too short) which resulted in two severely ingrown infected toenails, both occurring within a month of each other on each toe. So far, I had two minor surgeries on each toe, resulting in loss of time, work, and extreme pain. I have never in my life had an ingrown toenail, so having two in two months seems a little too much of a coincidence to me. It is especially painful after the surgeries because I am nursing my son and cannot take any pain medication except Tylenol. It also appears as though this problem will be chronic as the toenail grows back from the surgery. I will have to have a third surgery on one of the toes this month to correct the problem again. If this continues to occur, I will have to have the portion of the nail removed permanently, resulting in permanent disfigurement of the toe. Do I have a case?

Consult with a personal injury attorney. If you have a case, they'll let you know.
