as per senior judge, I would have called legal aid before hand... Thanks_ for nothing this site dose nothing for anyone except provide bored people with a way to screw up some one's day. If you don't have advice for some one move on to something more important and beneficial to you life... You can keep your stupid @$$ comment's to your self...

A close friend of mine was shot and almost died in a small motor cycle club. Before I begin to describe the incident let me give a description of the club because that plays a very big part. The club is located in a residential area but on a main street, the parking lot is a small dirt field located south of the club east of a grocery store but separate property of the club. The club is in a gated area that has privacy slats so you can’t see in or out you have to pay your fee at the gate and then they let you enter, there’s a drive way and a very small parking lot for the members to park there motor cycles (the property looks like it use to be some ones home converted into a club with a backyard and drive way all of this is gated in). The incident took place out side the gate in the parking lot my friend was inside the gate standing outside the club building some guy was upset because security would not let him in so he walked to the parking lot and started shooting thru the gate, not know who he was going to hit because you can’t see in or out. My friend ran inside for cover but once he was inside the club he collapsed, he was shot in the inner thigh and scrotum and a main artery was hit so he was bleeding to death. While I tried to keep him awake and talk to emergency dispatch the club security and some members demanded me to “Drag him out of the club gates and when the police arrive tell them that he got shot outside the gates”. I was so upset and confused from disbelief, I could not believe that they wanted me to drag my friend outside to the curb to save the reputation of their club. I argued with them and refused to remove his body because he had already lost a lot of blood, all the security and workers fled the scene of the crime so there was just me and 2 of the club members left to tend to my friend until officers arrived. Once officers arrived to the scene of the crime the club members denied him being on the clubs property and claimed he was shot at the store and ran all the way to the club then collapsed on the floor I argued with them and told the officers the full story and gave them all the information I was aware of. He is now in stable condition but still back and forth in surgery. We just want to know what should be done I know that can’t be legal I feel like they should be closed down what should I do and who should I address about this issue.What is the name of your state?
