Kids on scooters + steep drivewayWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington I have a fairly steep and long driveway. I just noticed some neighborhood kids riding down on scooters and bikes. What are my legal responsibilities/liabilities should someone wipe out and get hurt? What do I need to do to protect myself from any potential lawsuit? |

| Put up a high, locked fence around your driveway to keep the kids off. Short of that, have good insurance.
