Liability LawWhat is the name of your state? Washington I'm thinking of creating a new business. The idea is to rent a garage with all tools necessary to work on a car, I mean EVERY tool. Now there is an inherent danger to work on a vehicle. The downfall is insurance. Is there someway to circumvent the liability issues by perhaps "leasing" the garage stall and all tools to the customer, having them take ownership for the amount of time they are using it? Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated. |

| I'll give you 3 guesses why you don't see any businesses like this and your first two guesses won't count against you.
