Question

Libel or Not

What is the name of your state? Louisiana
I was involved in a physical altercation and was spit on by the other party. Now I am experiencing ailments in the area I was spitted on; fever blisters, swelling, and large acme. Since this was a physical altercation, is the other party libel for spitting on me, thereby a possiblity of being exposed to germs or bacteria that is creating the sypmtoms that I am now experiencing?

Simple answer... no.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I'm surprised and wounded. I thought at least you'd address the LIBEL aspects of the post

What part of your body were you spit on? "fever blisters, swelling, and large acme"

Wasn't Acme the company in all the road runner/coyote cartoons?
