Matter Of Law

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?MA

If someone picks up their shotgun while hunting and aims that shotgun over another person head knowing that he is about to shoot when one of his partners in front of him, and end up shooting his partner in the head causing bodily injury. Is there any thing stating in Mass that its matter of law to shoot in the direction of others. I don’t think its law, but with all the written standards and training in this situation can we get something along those grounds. Can a judge find that person negligent as matter of law?

I hope it's jibberish

Its Not Home Work

And it is a serious question. It true and the guy was on the ground bleeding to death, but by the grace of God he survived. Isn't this a free advice forum? But after reading your post and post to other questions on this board, this board is a joke. I tried to explain what happened as simple as I could and if anyone had any legal advice or some insight what would fall under negligent matter of law in this situation if at all.
