minor child injured riding rollercoaster at large amusement park in ohio

Ohio, I live in San Francisco and my 11 yr old daughter visiting grandma
went to amusement park and met requirements to ride and suffered severe whiplash, 2 days in hospital and numerous test. Do I have any rights to get medical bills paid? (only U.S. law)?

Unless the ride malfunctioned, probably not. Would fall under "assumed risk".
