Money awarded to a minor due to an accident

What is the name of your state? Texas My daughter was awarded money due to an injury on an escalator.I wanted to know if there is a family hardship if a portion of the money could be released to care for the child ?What is the name of your state?

The chances are slim, but depend on the circumstances. You need to give more information.

Is the money in the Registry of the Court, or in a private annuity?
How much money is there?
How old is your daughter?
Does she have permanent dsabilities from the accident?
How much money do you propose to ask to be released and on what do you propose spending it?
