I have a video , witnesses and order reciept that she was walking with high heels, was driving a car , lifting heavy things and carrying them to a customer a week later from the insident in my store. however the video is not very good it shows only when she is standing in my friend's store taking orders for her company. she sales party supplies. Plus in the same suit with worker's comp she included a car accident that she had while working. I don't know ... may be same week of the incident in my store. And for some reason she changed the date of the incident in my store. What do you think , pls advice

I think you'd better get workers comp insurance as required by law before you get into REAL trouble, that's what I think.

A video of her a week later is not proof that the claim is false.
