My daughter fell off the palyground at school are they responsible

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
My daughter fell off the playground during school hours and broke her leg are they responsible for the bills?

Do you have insurance? You may want to check but the school might have had you sign something asking you to take their insurance or provide your own.
