need help

What is the name of your state?pa I need some help. This is the third
message that I have posted and as of 5:50p EST I have not gotten any
kind of response. I fell on Sunday due to a crack in the sidewalk at a
convience store, I have sustained a bruised hand, and a gash on my head
above my right eye, requiring 5 stitches. I am suffering from throbbing
headaches. I called the District Manager of the store, requesting a copy of
the accident report that was filled out by the employee working at the time
of the accident, and as of today I have not received it. I have been in con-
tact with a personal injury lawyer and he said it is very difficult to prove slip
and fall cases. The owner of the convience store was well aware of the
crack, and the two employees, working at the time, witnessed my falling.
Do I have any kind of a case?

Hey HomeGuru be easy on him.....clearly he wasn't aware of our strict policies!!!

Seriously OP, I would assume that you would have to prove that the store owner was negligent in repairing the crack....but I could be wrong so don't quote me!!!

I thought this was a forum to help people with legal issues.. From all the re-
plies that I have read so far all you people do is make fun of the person.
And I do have proof that the store owner was negligent in repairing the crack
since it has been there for quite a few months.... I will go elsewhere for
advice.
