Need info

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in wisconsin my 16 year old daughter was assaulted her nose was broke and a lot of hair was pulled out she was on muscle relaxers because she couldn't move her neck and missed a week of school. We were sent a form to fill out for what she wants for restitution, aside from medical bills what is my daughter entitled too?

She isn't 'entitled' to anything.

However, she COULD be compensated for her ACTUAL medical bills, plus additional for 'pain and suffering'. No one can guess how much that would be since we don't know how much pain for how long.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

A week really isn't very long.

An attorney I use to work for had a motto: Ask for the farm, accept a goat.
