NeuropathyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California. I had my medical condition told to 150 + plus employees by the Vice President of Administration from Corporate when I wasn't present with out my authority. Also during a court case my name was brought up again by the Human Resources Manager for the company during a trial with the 3 other employees who had filed workers comp. claims. She had later called me to applologize for blurting a out my name in court. I had not filed a workers comp. claim because my doctor's couldn't determine it beyond a resonable doubt. My condition was private, & 3 other employees had filed workers comp. claims against the company The only time I found out about it is when I showed up for a meeting with some of the employees.I have had this disease for about 14+ years & it seems to be getting worse. I had asked the company if they were going to take soil samples & they said no. It is in an old w World War II Naval Air Hangar. I don't know what to do. Regards,What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |

| I don't see where any laws were broken, nor how you were damaged by your condition being discussed.
