Dept of Pulling Teeth, Weekend Warriors Session:

Simon, you need to provide the following basic information:

What lasting, permanent or severe damages did your friend suffer?

What standard of care did the paramedics fail to provide? What did, or didn't, they do that resulted in your friend being damaged?

Why do you think anyone at all should be sued for what happened?

Thank you!

Paramedics aren't licensed doctors. Claims against them fall under regular negligence (which is better for a plaintiff - longer SoL and fewer procedural requirements).

Lasting -

–adjective

1. continuing or enduring a long time; permanent; durable: a lasting friendship.

Permanent
-

–adjective

1. existing perpetually; everlasting, esp. without significant change.

OP, you need to do one of two things. Either tell us the damages "your friend" has suffered, or tell us the damages "your friend" suffered.

Despite the indications, against the better judgment, and maybe because I'm caffeinated and have already had my morning donut, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt for one more time. Please answer the questions asked of you.

And if you are researching homework, please - and this is not actually legal advice - go forth and multiply elsewhere. That ain't what the volunteers are here to do.

Thanks evahsomuch!
