not being able to feel with thumb

What is the name of your state? california i was hand cuffed in a indian casino and taken in to a holding cell the handcuff were very tight and i told the officer in charged and he basiclly ignoerd me im diabetic and now i cant feel in my left thumb

I understand nerve damage is usually temporary and that it is a risk of being handcuffed.

this happened almost 2moths ago and email them about it and all they said oh well

Google the word "autonomy" then come back and tell everyone why you zero chance of making a claim against the Indian casino.
