Not guilty or dissmissedMassachusetts accused of a crime that I am confident that will be proven not guilty. The victim has not shown up for any of court proceedings. Can I sue for slander and deframation? I need help in these proceedings. |

| chances are no, you won;t be able to sue and win a defamation suit unless you can prove the other party was malicious in their actions and knowingly filed a false police report. simply not showing up in court isn;t going to do it, especially since that person has no control over what the state does with the charges.

| What does this have to do with personal injury and wrongful death?
