Not guilty or dissmissed

Massachusetts

accused of a crime that I am confident that will be proven not guilty. The victim has not shown up for any of court proceedings. Can I sue for slander and deframation? I need help in these proceedings.

chances are no, you won;t be able to sue and win a defamation suit unless you can prove the other party was malicious in their actions and knowingly filed a false police report.

simply not showing up in court isn;t going to do it, especially since that person has no control over what the state does with the charges.

What does this have to do with personal injury and wrongful death?
