notice of praecipe

What is the name of your state? pa
my son was bit by a dog in 1993. as he was a minor, we were told he had 2 years past his 18th birthday to resolve the claim. as there was no resolution by the end of the 2 years, i filed a writ of stay. the insurance company had now sent us a 10 day notice of praecipe for entry of judgment of non pros for failure to file complaint pursuant to pa r c p 237.1(a)(2). what do I need to do to respond??
