Old script uses my character negatively. Libel?

What is the name of your state? New Mexico.

I was written into a screenplay. The original character had a fictional name but the writer asked if he could write me in as me, therefore using my personal name. At the time I thought it was flattering. I was under the impression that it was a positive direction as an actress. I "Googled" myself and found the script available to be read by the public. My first and last name are listed as the person playing the role to the character "created" by the writer.
The description of my character is read as, "is outgoing as a crutch to her insecurity. She doesn't mind playing slutty." I am offended by this comment and wish to know if there are any rights I have regarding this as libel?
