| Oxycontin Class Action Law Suit
What is the name of your state (WA)? I have just been told of the details regarding the class action law suit regarding oxycontin. I remember back when the suit was taking place, as I have been on the drug for over 8 years. Same doctor same pharmacy. All I was ever told was that there was no longer a generic form and the cost my monthly prescription jumped to over $1100 a month. I asked my doctor for something else, asked my pharmacy for options, no one mentioned this law suit was for patients who have been robbed.
I understand that many people have addiction problems and the drug is stolen and a hot "street" drug. I use the drug as prescribed and would give anything to not to be fighting for my life against cancer and dealing with chronic pain associated. I would do anything to not have to take any drugs for anything but I cant. I capped 2 life time insurance benefits over 2 million dollars now everything is out of pocket and no one told me of this law suit. Now the deadline for compensation is 2 years old do I have any recourse? |
