We had a car for sale, someone called with an interest and asked my husband to bring the keys he would like to look at the car. We started it, it stalled, the interested person was standing directly in front of the car under the hood spraying starting fluid to start the car he yelled try to start it, the car screen caught fire exploded something hit his eye he asked is something wrong with my eye my husband said, it looks " it may be bleeding little on the lid" the guy ran off. The person called back do you have car insurance, no not on that car it has not been driven in over a year. The resident then stated, "I may be blind" someone will be calling you. Can anyone give me any advice? Thank you
