Personal Injury

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
I am married. My husband has several underdeveloped buildings that he is renovating. They are uninsured and they are in just his name. If someone were to get injured on these properties and sue him, can they also get to my personal assets which are in my name alone? Thank you.

Since Pa. is not a community property state, assets in your name alone should be safe.
