Personal InjuryThis is very similar to an incident I saw on one of the pages here, but here goes. My 8 year old daughter fell off of the monkey bars at school and fractured her elbow. She is currently in a splint and sling, but we go to an orthopedic specialist on Wednesday for an actual cast. Does the school have any obligation to pay the medical bills in part or whole? |

| Unlikely unless you can somehow prove negligence on the part of the school. Kids get hurt sometimes, it's not possible to protect them from every danger when they are intent on learning things the hard way ![]() |
