What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

Hello, My name is Nikki I live in Arizona, but my father who has since passed away was living and working in Chicago Il. He had started a personal injury case before he died. He was employed with the Chicago Tribune for 40 something + years. He diagnosed with MESOTHELIOMA.

Long story short, there were multipal companies involved in the law suit. Trial was set for 4/6/09. Most of the companies settled out of court. While we have received ome of the monies from the settlement. There are quite a few companies that continue to remain unpaid. Is there a time frame for payment? And if so what is it? Also what can I do to push this along? The attorney that is handeling this case is not real forthcomig with information.
