Personal Injury at Disney Florida

What is the name of your state? New York
Recently, while on vacation in Florida, my husband was injured and received 7 staples to his scalp and my son (14 yrs.) received contusions to his left elbow. They were flipped off a two person water tube on the Crush N Gusher water ride at Typhoon Lagoon. They were approaching a curve when the raft went up the side wall and flipped them out. This is not supposed to happen. Is this a case for a lawsuit? If so, should we obtain a lawyer from New York or Florida? Disney did give us a card with claim contact information. Should we contact their claims department ourselves or would we be better served by having a legal representative contact them?

Contact the claims department. If they give you $1 (or more) take it and be happy.

Otherwise, get a lawyer in Florida (where the accident happened) and sue Disney. How far do you think THAT will go in Florida?!
