At a restaurant I fell and fractured my hand. Restaurant agreed that they were liable for the accident. With lost of wages and medical expenses, medical prognosis I have claimed "X" amount. They have come back saying its too much claim value and requesting me to submit my last four years Tax returns and all hospital bills.
Can I submit my Tax returns to them?
Any advise is appreciated.

I would think that copies of a few paystubs (before and after the incident) would suffice. I don't see why they need your entire tax returns, esp not for 4 years.

I suspect that if the injured patron was not employed at the time, he or she wouldn't have been in the restaurant in the first place.
