Physically Picked up and moved

What is the name of your state? NJ, meadowland

I was putting magnets onto cars in the parking lot of the Continental Arena for a special type of guerrilla marketing. The security eventually caught my co-worker and brought him downstairs to make him throw away his promotional material and give him an "official expulsion" from Continental Arena and Giants Stadium.

Me and my other co-worker were sitting outside the ticket booth when a van full of security showed up. They asked to see what was in our bags. I refused to show them(in an effort to save the material) and said I would leave the premises immediately and not return. This answer was not good enough for them and they continued to berate me. As words were exchanged they began pawing at my bag, and I leaned back refusing to let them see inside of it.

6 men physically pick me up and put me into their security van and drove me to their back into the security entrance. Entering the arena through the basement there is a giant sign stating "All materials are subject to search inside the arena". Once inside I was told to deposit my materials and they handed me a official expulsion letter.

What legalities do I have against these security officers? Should I have just called the police as soon as they started harassing me in the first place? What is the name of your state?

You could have been charged with trespassing and possible a few other minor crimes and you are compaining? Consider yourself lucky and get on with your life.

You must not want that job very badly because you seem to keep getting into trouble. In a minute, not getting a specific job won't be your only problem. It will be the least of your concerns.

Personal Injury/Wrongful Death

You posted in the personal injury/wrongful death section... It's obvious that you weren't killed, but you didn't mention whether or not you were injured when you were picked up. Were you hurt?
