Premise liability

What is the name of your state? CA
Will homeowners be held liable for accidents when mothers or fathers are on site?What is the name of your state?

Although there is some premisis liablity flavor to defining the duty, California is generally a negligence state.

Imposition of such a duty on homeowners would make them insurers of their guests' children's safety even when the parents are also present on the premises.

No. Imposition of such a duty would make a homeowner liable for their negligent acts.
