Premise Liability funding advice please

State of NY
I'm involved in a premise liability lawsuit, I'm the plaintiff. I was injured from a defect porch. My lawyers recently filed the case and getting things ready. The type of case is a premise liability. Ihave to pay only if there succussful (Contingency fee). At the present time I am unemployed and I'm in need of funds. I have been explaining my situation to them and ask them to help me find a reliable funding company. And yes i understand they have high rates and I will be paying them back more than I borrowed, but i need it. They just act like it is no big deal and just seem like they really dont care. They have a 9-5 to go to and dont have to worry about how they are going to pay this bill such as rent, light and insurance. What should I do? I dont want to leave them in the dark and just apply for one. But they arent saying anything. What should I do any advice please.
