Question about sentinel eventIn March ending. I was taking care of a patient who eventually died. The healthcare organization later found out that i was not the cause of the incidence and called for a meeting for a "sentinel event" I know this must be reported to Joint Commission but don't know how far it would go as far as protecting my licence.Pls advise. Thank you. |
