school incident

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

A 12 year old girl was injured at school while a security guard "escorted" her out of the building. The girl and other witnesses reported that the guard shoved her out the door. The school said that there is nothing that can be done. What can be done in this situation to get some results?

My response:

Next time, the girl shouldn't resist, and walk under her own power without squirming . Then, she wouldn't have injured herself.

And just why did your darling need to be escorted out of the building?

I don't think it matters what she did wrong or that she was squirming. No child should be pushed through a doorway. No where in the post does it say she injured herself on her own, I think it's safe to assume that she was injured as she was shoved out the door.

If the police cannot brutalize criminals, "rent-a-cops" should not be allowed to shove children around just because they're given "authority."
