Slip and fall

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Me and my daughter were going into Panera Bread the other day and it was raining. She sliped and fell right at the front door because there is a black piece of marble or something that gets very slick when it is wet. I told the Mgr to put a mat out there because she was not the only one that sliped. So I made out an incedent report and the Mgr game me his card and the number for HR and then 3 $1.00 cupons off. My daughter is just sore, nothing broke or anything. I just would like some advice on what to do. Thanks

You could help your daughter find shoes that have better traction in the rain.
You could go to stores that aren't so fancy as to have marble entryways.
You could take up yoga.

Then use the coupons to take your daughter out for one of their great muffins or cookies while you enjoy a coffee.

**A: redeem the coupons and have some bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hi, Zudy!

I noticed your thread and the sad and pathatic way that it was answered by a bunch of "senior members" of this forum.

Feel fortunate that you are not one of these sick and twisted individuals who have nothing better to do then take their daily frustrations out on people seeking advice. It would be one thing if they were at least funny, but sadly, it is a bad attempt at humor.

Possibily one day these people will make connections in the real world where they could actually go to lunch with someone! Hopefully, they don't slip and fall as your daughter did (sorry bout that, btw). That would be really bad since they are all probably "seniors" themselves and breaking a hip for them would not be good. It wouldn't be funny, no, not at all.
