slip and fall

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa. I received a complaint and summons yesterday from an attorney who claims a person fell on my property in pa. I only have 20 days to answer but I live in fl and am having finding a lawyer in pa. Will I lose the case if I don't file some kind of motion before the 20 days are up?

Where did they slip and fall? Do you own a business or was this in your home?

Okay, the FIRST thing you need to do is to file a 'general denial' in the case. This must be done BEFORE the expiration of the allowed 'answer period'.
Once that is done, you should have time to consider the case and what actions you might need to pursue.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
