Slip and fall caseWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas My wife slipped and fell down in a grocery store. After they declined our legitimate claim to pay the medical bills, we filed a lawsuit against them. We were already at the stage of replacing interrogatories and requests for production. We submitted all the material they asked us to, but they objected to each and every item we asked them to provide and/or answer, and therefore, we are going to make a motion to compel these answers and production from them. Lately, they sent us three sets if written deposition to each of the clinics in which she was treated. What should we do? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you very much for that. |

| I would seek the help of a personal injury attorney. The opposing counsel will try to bury you in so much paperwork and requests that may or may not be usual in an effort to wear you out. You are going into a gun fight with nothing but a candy cane and a pure heart. And they will tear it out of you.

| I tried to find an attorney, but since it went to the small claims court, no one wants to represent us, so we were left alone. Would you recommed me to leave it, and pull back? |
