Slip & Fall on condo property

CT

We have 9 condo townhomes in our association. One of the unit owners, friend alleges that she slipped and fell on ice on our property on the way to her car. (no one saw her fall) and She is now suing the condominium.

The association would like for her to stop coming onto the property. 8 out of the 9 units would like to get her to stop coming here to visit her friends. Is their anyway to legally do this?
